Ingredients
10 Italian sweet sausages, cut into 1 inch slices
3-4 red and green bell peppers
1/2 medium yellow onion, sliced
French or sourdough sandwich rolls (this recipe probably has enough for 5 sandwiches)
Preparation
- Fry peppers in regular oil, no salt and pepper
- Add onion, saute until soft
- Toast rolls
- Put butter or mustard on rolls, fill with sausage mixture.
